IcedTime.com sells only brand new, genuine, 100% authentic diamond watches with the manufacturer warranty that comes with the watch. We do not sell used, refurbished, second hand or replica products. All our watches come complete in original packaging with the original watch box, instruction manual, serial number and the warranty card.

The standard warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased i.e. defects. The defect will be serviced/repaired free of charge during the warranty period. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions use of your watch, we will provide you the replacement/exchange.

The factory warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by careless or incorrect use
• Lost or loose diamonds
• Watch band, glass or battery
• Water infiltration due to failure to completely screw down the crown
• Breakage caused by accident, tampering and/or repairs attempted by unauthorized persons

JACOB & Co., Royalty by Lil' Kim and G-Unit Watches are covered by two years warranty period from the purchased time. Aqua Master products are covered by one year warranty.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 10 days of the received date for a refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions). We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 10 days of the received date or 30 Days with 20% restocking fee. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 7 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks. Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be refunded to original credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check.
